How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit
offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to
serve the living God?
In light of the current pandemic that is ravaging the world and the
United States, I was led by the Holy Spirit to remind all that we are covered by
the precious blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am pleading the blood
of Jesus on all humanity. Am I saying do not take precautionary measures to
protect ourselves, no what I am saying is that in the midst of this and any other
crisis, we are safe in the arms of Jesus?
Jesus’ blood covered a multitude of sins. It was Jesus’ blood that
provided and provides its reconciling and purifying power that is continually
appropriated to all believers as we go to God the Father through Jesus Christ. It
is Jesus’ blood that will continue protecting us as our true protection is in
the secret place of the almighty God (Psalm 91).
In closing, be safe and continue trusting in God.
