Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in troubles.
In this life troubles will come; how we handle the conflict is the true
test of our courage and faith in the Lord. We know that Satan is very busy and
will strike anywhere, anytime and in many different disguises. What we must do
is recognize him for who he is and that he uses people to do his dirty work. We
must be willing to meet Satan where he stand and tell him "not in my
house."
My recommendations are first seek the Lord in prayer and let Him direct
your path and He will fight your battles. Second, approach the situation
according to scripture. Matthew 18 tells how to solve the problem and Ephesians
5:1-17 defines or describes the problem. This scripture deals with light and
darkness and that immoral are not in God's kingdom. When Jesus was tempted by
Satan He used scripture to defeat Satan. We must follow Jesus' example while
standing firm on our conviction of what's right and wrong.
Psalms 23:4 and 37:1 let us know that God will walk with us through
trouble times and we are not to fear evil neither fret because of it, but know
right will win all of the time.
