Psalm 100:1-6
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with
gladness come before His presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord He is
God, it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and
the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His
courts with praise; be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is
good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endureth to all generations.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I was led by the Holy Spirit to remind
everyone of how blessed we are in spite of any difficulties we may be
experiencing. Regardless of our troubles we are still blessed beyond measure. It
is God's goodness that we are awakened each day clothed in our right minds with
a reasonable portion of our health and strength. All of our basic needs are met
(food, clothes and shelter) and even the homeless are blessed just to see
another day.
Let's close by saying, each day's blessings are too numerous to count,
then multiple 365 by each day; the results are God's blessings are more than we
can count.
Be thankful and praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Happy Thanksgiving!
