O give thanks unto the Lord;
call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous
works. Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart
of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face
evermore. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his
wonders, and the judgments of his mouth; O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his
chosen. He is the Lord our God: his judgments are in all
the earth. He hath
remembered his covenant forever,
the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
Today’s message is one of encouragement to
everyone as we stop to reflect on the Lord’s goodness, His love, grace, and
mercy. In doing so, we give thanks to His holy name. The Lord, God is worthy of
all praises, glory, and honor considering what He has done and is doing in our
lives daily. His love enfolds us, His grace covers us, and His mercy suits
every situation we encounter.
God’s grace and mercy are everlasting for
all generations. He anoints our heads with His Spirit daily to the point our
cups overflow with an abundance of His grace and mercy (Psalm 23:5). Let us
praise God, and sing unto Him songs of praises thanking Him for being our God,
creator, sustainer, and deliverer. Let every heart rejoice in His wondrous
works.
