Reconciled By Christ: Romans 5:10 KJV

 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

We thank God for Jesus’ death on the cross at Calvary, reconciling all who believe in Him back to the Father. Therefore, we are no longer enemies of God but are now children of God, members of His holy nation of priests.

O’, what a blessing it is to be a child of God! Sing praises to His holy name.

Whatever we are going through, God's mercy is ever present; therefore, thank Him daily.

The Plain Truth of God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 2:1-2 KJV

2 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2 For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.

What Paul is saying here is that when he speaks, it is not with excellent words, but plain and simple, the truth of God's Word.

The truth of God's word will stand on its own merit; therefore, make it plain.
