“Pray without Ceasing”: 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18 KJV

  Rejoice evermore.  Pray without ceasing.  In everything, give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Our nation and world are in chaos and need constant, fervent prayer. Scripture says, prayers of the righteous availeth much (James 5:16b). Therefore, I am calling on all prayer warriors to join me in praying for a healing of this nation. I am a firm believer in prayer, as are others. We are joining together in prayer, praying to God for His deliverance. 

If the question was raised, why is the need for so much prayer? It is because we are witnessing hate of every kind, vitriol being spewed every day, and it doesn’t matter who it is directed toward. This kind of behavior is not of God. This nation was founded on Christian principles. Being that it was, it makes me wonder how did this country stray so far from God. Love and hate cannot live in the same house; we either love or hate one another. Which do you choose? For me and my house, I choose to love my fellow man.

God can and will change the hearts and minds of evil people. Prayer warriors, we know that prayer changes things, and faith unlocks the door. As we pray, we will rejoice to thank God in advance for His deliverance.

 

Pray! Pray! Pray, a change is coming.
